Each company is unique, i.e. it operates in a different sector. For this reason, 3 valuation methods are usually combined. Using the results of these methods, we obtain a weighted average that enables us to estimate the final valuation.

Why evaluate your company?

When it comes to company valuations, there are two possible configurations: regular valuations and valuations in response to specific requests. Regular valuations enable us to monitor the company's value creation. Exceptional valuations, on the other hand, are only carried out in special circumstances: purchase or sale of a company, asset valuation, bank financing application, preparation of a succession, etc. 

The strength of a XVAL valuation lies in the delivery of a detailed, documented report within 3 days, justifying the methods and assumptions adopted (EBITDA restatement, coefficients, etc.), which will form the basis for discussions with the buyer, banker, etc.
