How do I know what my company is worth?

In order to value a company as clearly as possible, 3 valuation methods are usually used: by comparison, by return value, by asset value. Thanks to the results of the 3 methods, we will obtain a weighted average which will allow us to estimate the final valuation 

Why do you want to promote your company?

A company valuation may be requested by a manager or his partners. This can be done on a regular basis, i.e. to monitor the company's value creation, or in exceptional situations requiring a valuation. Such situations may be : 

- the purchase or sale of the company 

- the estimation of the assets 

- an application for bank financing

- preparation of an inheritance or a divorce 

The strength of a XVAL valuation is the delivery of a detailed report, which justifies the methods and assumptions used (EBITDA restatement, coefficient...) which will be the basis for discussions with the buyer, the banker.
