Why estimate an SME?

In certain situations, experts and professionals may need an estimate of the SME: estimate of the SME manager's assets, purchase or sale of the SME, preparation of a succession, request for bank financing... But the request may also come from the manager himself, for a follow-up of the SME's value creation.
