How do I do a PMI assessment?
Usually, 3 valuation methods are used:

Used together, these 3 methods allow us to obtain a weighted average from which the final valuation will be deduced.
Why do a PMI assessment?
A PMI assessment can be justified in a number of ways:
- a follow-up of the value creation of the PMI
- a request for financing from the bank
- the estimation of the manager's assets
- the purchase or sale of the PMI
The strength of a XVAL valuation is the delivery of a detailed and documented report within 3 days, justifying the methods and assumptions used (EBITDA restatement, coefficient...) which will be the basis for discussions with the buyer, the banker.
