How to evaluate a company?
In order to correctly value companies, there are several valuation methods, which must be adapted to the specificities of the sector. The three most commonly used methods are the following:Â

Why evaluate a company?
A request for a business valuation can be made in different situations such as when buying or selling a business, in order to know its fair value. An evaluation is necessary during :
- an application for bank financing

- regular monitoring of value creation
