How does a PMI assessment work?

There are a large number of sectors of activity. The valuation methods (patrimonialfuture cash flows, profitability) will have to be adapted to the characteristics of the company and its sector of activity in order to obtain a weighted average which will be used to establish the final valuation.

Why order a PMI assessment?

A contractor typically commissions a PMI assessment in the following cases:

- an application for bank financing

- purchase or sale of the PMI

- preparation for the succession of the company

The strength of a XVAL valuation is the delivery of a detailed report justifying the methods and assumptions used (coefficient, EBITDA restatement, etc.) which will be the basis for discussions with the buyer, the banker, etc.
