How to make a company valuation?
A company valuation is carried out thanks to different valuation methods(comparative, profitability, patrimonial, others...). Usually, three valuation methods are combined in order to obtain a weighted average which will be used to establish the final valuation.
Why do a business valuation?
A valuation request is usually made in 2 cases: regular and exceptional. Regular valuations allow the company's manager to follow its value creation.Â
Exceptional valuations are made only in cases requiring a valuation of the company: during the purchase or sale of the company, during a request for bank financing, during an estimation of the manager's assets, during the preparation of a succession or a divorce...
