How do you assess the value of your business?

Abusiness valuation is based on a number of valuation methods, generally combined: yield value method, asset value method, comparative method... Each method must be adapted to the specific characteristics of the business sectors concerned. By using these 3 methods, a weighted average will be obtained, which will enable us to establish the final valuation of the company. 

Why assess the value of your business?

We usually distinguish 2 categories of valuation requests: regular requests and exceptional requests. Regular valuations enable us to monitor the company's value creation, and are therefore requested on a regular basis. Exceptional valuations occur in specific cases requiring a valuation, such as: the purchase or sale of the company, the appraisal of its assets, an application for bank financing, the preparation of a succession, etc.

The strength of a XVAL valuation is the delivery of a detailed and documented report within 3 days, justifying the methods and assumptions used (EBITDA restatement, coefficient...) which will be the basis for discussions with the buyer, the banker.
