How to value a company?
Several valuation methods exist in order to get as close as possible to the ideal method (each company working in a different field). These methods are combined in order to obtain a weighted average, which will allow to evaluate the final valuation of the company.Â
The most well-known methods are: profitability, patrimonial, DCF, comparative.
Why value a company?
