Definition: IPTÂ
A company is considered as a Very Small Industry when it has less than 10 employees and a turnover of less than 2 million.Â
How to estimate an IPT?
An estimate of IPR is made through the use of valuation methods. Ideally, several methods should be used in order to obtain a weighted average, which will be used to establish the final valuation. The most common valuation methods are the following:Â

Why estimate an IPT?
A request for an estimate of its IPT is made to an expert. This can concern the regular follow-up of its value creation but also when the situation requires it:Â
- purchase or sale of IPT
- request for financing from the bankÂ
- divorce of partnersÂ
- estimation of the manager's assetsÂ
